Q. 1. How long does it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

We will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry on working days.
Q. 2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We have a wire drawing factory and a production and processing factory, and we also have our own international trade department, which we produce and sell ourselves.
Q. 3. What products can you provide?

We mainly produce industrial fabrics, light conveyor belts, tarpaulins, filter cloths, screen meshes, special materials, special fabrics, composite materials, PPS, aramid, printing belts, etc.
Q. 4. What application areas do your products mainly involve?

Our products cover exterior spray cloth, interior spray cloth, grid coated spray cloth, double-sided spray cloth, coated canopy material, textile coating material, pool cloth, inflatable toy cloth, including car/truck tarpaulin , tent cloth, various types of conveyor belts, fast shutter door base material.
Q. 5. Can you make customized products?

Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the requirements and samples provided by customers.
Q. 6. What is the production capacity of your company?

We have 8 monofilament production lines, 8 high-speed slit warping machine production lines, 100+ imported looms, and matching cloth inspection machines, with an annual output of more than 15,000 tons.
Q. 7. How many employees does your company have, and how many are technicians?

The company has more than 200 employees, including more than 30 professional technicians and more than 10 engineers.
Q. 8. How does your company ensure product quality?

First of all, we will have corresponding inspection after each process. For the final product, we will do 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards;

Then, we have the complete top-notch testing equipment in the industry, tensile strength elongation tester, air permeability tester, particle tester, abrasion tester, tension tester, etc. The above equipment can fully ensure that customers can meet all-round testing requirements for materials such as physical and chemical properties, non-destructive testing, and high-precision index parameter testing.
Q. 9. What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. When mass production, we generally pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance according to the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C can also be accepted.
Q. 10. How will the goods be delivered to the customer?

Usually we ship by sea, which is very convenient for sea export. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also deliver by air. Xiaoshan Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
